• The Harmony Soul Collective choir ensemble, based in the San Francisco East Bay Area, directed by esteemed voice coach Carmen Jones, welcomes passionate vocalists aged 18 and up to join a vibrant community celebrating R&B and gospel music. 

• Open to all skill levels, this choir offers a unique opportunity to connect through soulful R&B with rich gospel harmonies.  

• Members will earn the opportunity to perform at prestigious venues like Yoshi’s Oakland and Blue Note Napa, as well as showcase their talents on social media.

• Rehearsals will take place bi-weekly at The Singer’s Room in El Sobrante, California, on Sunday afternoons from 3 PM to 5:30 PM, beginning January 2025 or as soon as we have enough sign-ups.  

• Registration is free, and required to hold your space, membership fee $15 per rehearsal.   

The membership fee helps cover essential expenses that allow us to create a wonderful experience for everyone involved, such as:

1. **Venue Rental**: Performance s require a dedicated space, and this fee helps cover the cost of renting that space.

2. **Music and Materials**: We will be providing music and other materials for our sessions, which involve purchase or printing costs.

3. **Equipment and Supplies**: Any necessary equipment, such as microphones and stands, as well as supplies like refreshments, can be covered with this fee.

4. **Administrative and Marketing Costs**: This charge helps with managing marketing, schedules, communication, and other organizational tasks that ensure everything runs smoothly.

By contributing this fee, you are not only helping to cover these costs but also showing your commitment to the ensemble. It fosters a sense of investment in our community, which is essential for building a dedicated and engaged group of singers.
